Since its founding, the GES has designed and coordinated numerous studies and projects on questions of international education and development cooperation, e.g. on the training and deployment of highly qualified specialists from and in developing countries, on promoting innovative small and medium-sized companies in the Global South or on capacity building for industry associations and chambers. Specifically, the GES offers the following services in the area of international education and development cooperation:
- Conducting of feasibility studies
- Project management
- Provision of long-term and short-term experts
- Monitoring and evaluation of projects
